You can have whatever you want. The movements of the scroll bar are optically scanned at up to 2800 dpi. In plain terms this means it has a very high resolution, is extremely precise and incredibly intuitive. If the cursor moves too fast for you, you can reduce the resolution as far as 600 dpi. But not only the speed can be adjusted - there are also copy, paste and double-click buttons to make working noticeably easier.
